Improved Account Security with Device Login Notifications
EasiShare now enhances account protection with Device Login Notifications. Whenever a user account is accessed from a new device, an alert is automatically sent to notify the user of the activity. This helps users stay aware of login attempts and take timely action (such as block & wipe and password reset) if any unauthorised access occurs.
By increasing visibility into account activity, Device Login Notifications strengthen overall account security and give users greater control over their digital safety. This feature complements existing authentication measures, reinforcing EasiShare’s commitment to protecting user accounts and ensuring a secure collaboration experience.
Enhanced Work Productivity with Drive-Level Monitoring
Users can now monitor changes at the Drive level, extending the existing Monitor feature beyond individual folders and files. Users receive notifications for uploads, modifications, deletions, and other changes occurring anywhere within a monitored Drive, providing comprehensive visibility of all folders and files.
By monitoring an entire Drive, users stay fully informed of file activity, improving collaboration, work productivity, and reducing communication gaps. This ensures that important updates are never missed, and teams can act promptly, maintaining better control and coordination over shared files.

EasiShare now integrates with Central Accounts Management (CAM), allowing organisations to automate and secure the account management process.
