Better Visibility, Stronger Governance, and Improved User Experience
EasiShare v15.2 introduces enhancements across governance, collaboration, integrations, security, and mobile access. This release focuses on helping administrators gain greater visibility into file activities, simplifying user management, and improving secure access across web and mobile environments.
Improved Governance and Audit Visibility
Export Audit Reports in CSV Format
Audit reports can now be exported directly in CSV format, making it easier to perform further analysis, integrate with reporting tools, or share information with auditors and compliance teams.
New File Scanning Audit Report Category
A dedicated File Scanning category has been added to Audit Reports, providing visibility into antivirus (AV) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) scanning activities.
Administrators can now review:
- Files submitted for scanning
- Scan results
- Security actions performed by integrated scanning engines
Simplified User Lifecycle Management
Managing user accounts is now easier, especially during employee departures and directory synchronisation.
Drive Migration for Deactivated Users
When a user leaves the organisation, administrators can now migrate ownership of the user’s storage to another user easily.
Options are available to:
- Notify affected users
- Transfer ownership seamlessly
- Preserve existing file access and permissions

Entra ID Membership Synchronisation Improvements
EasiShare now provides enhanced integration with Microsoft Entra ID, allowing user accounts to be automatically synchronised into EasiShare.
Membership Sync now includes a Last Sync Timestamp, allowing administrators to quickly verify when user and group information was last synchronised from Microsoft Entra ID.
Additional Membership Sync settings provide more flexibility when synchronising all users or selected groups.

Stronger Security and Content Inspection
Enhanced AV and DLP Scanning Controls
Administrators now have additional control over file scanning behaviour through updated AV and DLP settings.
New capabilities include:
- File Size Limit – To configure the up-to file sizes that needs to be scanned
- Email Notification – For file sizes that is above the File Size Limit, an email alert will be sent
Mobile Experience Improvements
Secure access is now more consistent across desktop and mobile platforms.
Microsoft Entra ID Authentication
The EasiShare mobile application now supports Microsoft Entra ID authentication.
Users can securely sign in using their corporate Microsoft identities.
One-Time Password (OTP) Authentication
EasiShare Admin will now be able to turn on 2FA with OTP for Registered Users as part of their mobile login process.
Easier Collaboration and Administration
Recipient Import and Export
Administrators and users can now import and export recipient lists for:
- Share
- File Request
- Manage
Create Groups During Sharing Workflows
Users can now create groups directly within Share, File Request, and Manage workflows.
Enhanced Document Preview
Document preview capabilities have been improved to provide a smoother viewing experience without requiring users to download files.
