With the release of EasiShare v15, we are pleased to announce that the co-editing feature is now supported on our new EasiShare platform, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for teams working on Office documents in real-time. Introduced in EasiShare v12.2, co-editing is powered by ONLYOFFICE and enables multiple users to simultaneously edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly within EasiShare. Delta Sync Support Now Available with EasiShare v15 Backend
Delta sync is now also supported when EasiShare Desktop connects to the v15 backend. First introduced in EasiShare v10, delta sync significantly reduces bandwidth usage and speeds up collaboration by keeping file updates lightweight and seamless. Tamper-Proof File Retention in Admin Recycle Bin
EasiShare now enables administrators to implement a locked retention period for the Admin Recycle Bin, preventing unauthorised changes that could undermine data retention requirements. Without such controls, there could be risk of premature file deletion leading to potential data loss and non-compliance. During this retention period, files are deleted only after the specified duration, and administrators are restricted from manually deleting files or altering retention settings, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Fixed an issue where users without download permission triggered a download error when clicking files; now they are directed straight to view mode.
- Enhanced the Copy/Move function with a new merge dialog that lets users choose which files or folders to overwrite when duplicates are found.
- Added new menu buttons on external portal’s Managed Folder page: Create Folder, Upload Files, and Upload Folder for easier file management.
