Need More Control? – Add Workflow Approval for “Managed Folders”
(Available in Desktop and Web)
Drive owners can select user or group to review & approve before access is granted.
Introduced during our v10.3 release, the Workflow Approval for Share has been a popular feature to prevent unauthorised file shares. Since then, customers requested to have this control when sharing “Managed Folders” too. Hence, in v12.1, we are extending this feature to “Manage Folders”!
Drive owners now have the power to add this new control, ensuring that any permissions assigned are reviewed and approved before access is granted. With the importance of access control being a part of a robust cybersecurity strategy, this empowerment for drive owners will help safeguard organisation’s digital assets.

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words – Dashboard for Administrators!

Admin can have a quick dashboard view of key data points of EasiShare users & usage.
Our EasiShare CAWeb Portal is designed to provide Administrators with a segregated and secure portal for privileged activities such as user and group management. For large organisations, it can often be time-consuming for Administrators to plough through details when trying to do a quick health check of the system.
This is why we are introducing a simple Dashboard in v12.1 which gives a quick overview of some key data points of EasiShare users and usage. This will be a great starting point to identify that large drive that is consuming excessive storage resources, and work with data owners to optimize consumption, saving time and money!
Love ploughing through details? Fret not, EasiShare Audit Logs are always available for that detailed-oriented investigation or troubleshooting.

Squirro – AI-Powered Search
EasiShare and Squirro integration provides an unparalleled integrated experience for users to enjoy the benefits of fast and accurate information retrieval, while connecting to multiple document repositories for the vast knowledge base. Users can perform semantic in-document search, and view the matching content within the documents before opening it for editing.
The Squirro Insight Engine platform provides Cognitive Search functionalities which paired with Generative AI is the state-of-the-art of enterprise search technology. Leveraging AI, Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), it understands the search intent of the user and returns the most relevant search results.
Dedoco – Blockchain-based Digital Signing
Introduced in v11.3, EasiShare integrated with Dedoco to provide a solution where secure file sharing and digital signing can be executed seamlessly. Find out more here!
In v12.1, EasiShare has refreshed the integration to utilise the latest improvements (such as custom positioning of signature placement) in Dedoco APIs.

- Share and Manage in Restricted Folders: Previously, IP-restricted folders are not allowed for sharing and managing folder permissions. With v12.1, this is now allowed, subjected to the same IP-restrictions for recipients when accessing files/folders.
Admin
- CAWeb Restricted Folders: Previously, it was only possible to specify a single set of IP ranges for a folder. With v12.1, it is possible to define multiple ranges of IP addresses, providing Administrators with more flexibility in their controls design.
- Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign On (SSO): EasiShare now supports a seamless SSO experience with Microsoft Azure AD.
- More OTP Delivery Options: EasiShare has a new connector for sending OTP via ValueFirst, a CPaaS Leader in India. Great option for our customers in India!
