We are excited to introduce a new co-editing feature in EasiShare, enabling multiple users to edit documents simultaneously via their web browsers. By keeping documents within the secure EasiShare environment, we significantly reduce the risk associated with multiple local copies offline, enhancing overall data security.

Configurable Watermark Text (View-Only Mode)
In our v12.2, we have enhanced our watermark feature to offer greater flexibility and customisation. Previously, watermarks would automatically splash across documents in view-only mode, the information aimed to help provide crucial information when investigating data leaks. With the latest update, we now allow these watermarks to be tailored to fit the specific need of our customers.
